Pamidronate and tooth ache

A 57 years old White male is seen in the office with complaints of left sided tooth ache following a recent dental procedure.He has 6 Yrs history of Multiple Myeloma for which he is on Thalidomide maintainance therapy and IV pamidronate infusion every 4 months for the last 3 yrs. Vitals are stable except for a Temp 100 F. His oral cavity examination is shown
