Young male with vesicular forearm rash





31y man with no significant PMH, developed a skin rash while working in his yard last week. He has been self-treating himself with OTC hydrocortisone and Benadryl, with poor response.
On examining his lt forearm, he had linear erythematous rash with vesicular and bullous eruptions.
What is the diagnosis?
